Minh Tran: The Primordial Chakra Tones
“I absolutely think that doing the [Primordial] Tones in my range of voice that is natural to me and doesn’t break because I am forcing something lower or forcing something higher is giving me so much more perspective, and a different type of power.”
Min Uk Lee, South Korea
“I am grateful for the time of the holy sound that I could spend with you.
At the end, when I received the treatment, it felt so good. The sound of a three-dimensional sound bed, Your tranquil singing, The sound of singing bowling that wail, The vibrations on my body.
But the most surprising part was when you played on my chest, and when all three of us sang together, it was such an inspiring time.
When we had the same voice, my voice was no longer coming from my neck. It seemed as if there was another dimension of space in front of my chest and there was a sound ringing in it.
At that moment Singing Bowl felt and sang like a living life, and the feeling was so thrilling and thrilling. It was alive.
My closed chest opened wide, and the vitality coming from the other dimension came unobstructed into my heart. The typhoon of life has been poured into the window of small dimension. Just like the window of an airplane opened in the sky.
And you breathed life into your mouth and closed the lid. It was stronger and more impressive than I had felt in any session so far.”

Sheryl Manning, Psychiatrist
“I am a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and I was introduced to Energy Medicine and subsequently Sound Healing thru the Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. I was drawn to Sound Healing and so I decided to sign up for Tryshe’s Sound Energy Mentorship. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The training was transformational on both a personal and professional level. I absolutely love how she’s designed the program such that you experience Sound Energy Healing first and foremost. After experiencing sound energy, then you learn how to share it with others. I found the process to be a deeply moving spiritual experience and an exciting beginning to a new modality that I can use in my practice.”

Top (Patinya) Kuantrakul
“My name is Top and my wife Phimai, we both are from Bangkok, Thailand. Several months ago, I was divinely guided to meet Tryshe in Cambodia and I KNEW that she will be the one who is going to teach me about sound (and much more). Tryshe came to us, and she taught us how to use our own voices with a new level of honor and respect. We learned about creation and how to speak from the truth of our radiant beings, to be responsible for everything we create in our lives thorough spoken words and thoughts. We discovered how to access our soul songs that we sing every day, and the resonance in our bodies is so delicious.”
Rebecca Rosen, Author & Spiritual Medium
“I had the privilege and honor of working with Tryshe in the comfort of my own home over a long weekend, and the experience was nothing short of transformative.
Together, we explored both vocal training and the use of my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls for sound healing. Tryshe guided me not only in playing the bowls, but also in how to use them directly on the body—whether for my own healing or in service to others. She created a sacred learning environment that was both deeply enriching and profoundly expanding to my intuitive practice.
Throughout our time, I gained invaluable knowledge: proper techniques, vocal toning, how to pair musical notes and arrangements for greater harmony, and all the essential “do’s and don’ts” of sound healing activations. What felt overwhelming at first—my uncertainty and self-doubt—was replaced by confidence, clarity, and genuine inspiration.
I walked away feeling empowered and excited to co-create with my magical sound bowls—not only as a sacred offering to others, but also as a beautiful tool for my own daily self-care. Tryshe’s wisdom, presence, and mastery of this work are a true gift, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn from her.”

Shahin Zangenehpour
“When I first reached out to Tryshe, I wasn’t looking to build a sound healing practice. I was drawn to her work by pure curiosity—a deep yearning to understand sound itself.
I had spent much of my adult life as a researcher studying how the mind operates, how the brain constructs our experience of reality from sensory input. I devoted years to understanding hearing and vision, exploring how our senses shape every interaction, every observation, every moment of our daily lives.
So naturally, when I encountered the concept of sound as a healing modality, my scientific mind was intrigued. What lies beyond the perceptual properties of sound? What transforms vibration into medicine?
Little did I know that what drew me to Tryshe wasn’t just intellectual curiosity—it was a soul-deep need for my own healing.
What made this journey even more remarkable was discovering the kinship Tryshe and I shared. We had both walked parallel paths through Sufi devotional work, though in different schools and circles. This common ground created a container of understanding that allowed something profound to unfold.
What began as stimulating instruction became a turning point. Through Tryshe’s mentorship, blockages I didn’t even know I was carrying began to dissolve—blockages around using my voice as an instrument of sharing, of healing, of connection. I had spent years avoiding the spotlight, using my voice only as a functional tool to get things done. Nothing more.
But through this work, my voice became liberated.
I started a podcast. I began taking singing classes and picked up musical instruments to accompany my singing. I found myself speaking to small groups, then larger ones, sharing my story of hardship and transformation. The very act of opening my mouth and speaking my truth gathered a community of like-minded hearts around me—people who wanted to hear the story, who drew inspiration from it. That, in itself, became healing.
Tryshe is as wise as she is kind and compassionate. She is as skilled as she is deeply present. I say this with the near-objectivity of a scientist: if this encounter could transform someone as fossilized as I was, others will surely experience outcomes beyond their expectations. Anyone who has the privilege of spending one-on-one time with Tryshe will be transformed—I speak from experience.
I’m now in a place I couldn’t have imagined eighteen months ago when my path first crossed Tryshe’s. What I sought as academic exploration became personal transformation. What I thought was about understanding sound became about finding my own voice.
If you’re drawn to work with Tryshe—whether from curiosity, from a desire to build a practice, or from something you can’t quite name yet—trust that pull. She holds space for whatever needs to emerge, and the healing that unfolds may surprise you in the most beautiful ways.”
